Mission
To enhance the University’s functions of teaching, research and outreach by directing these towards the development of innovative S&T solutions of challenges in industry and society. Specifically:
- To advance innovation in science & engineering research
- To train our students in technology entrepreneurship
- To enhance interdisciplinary approaches to innovative problem-solving.
- To enhance linkages with external R&D entities and industry
- To assist in matters of intellectual property, patent applications, technology transfer
- To assist with funding requirements of promising innovation projects
Vision
- To produce well-rounded, scientists and engineers who will lead in the use of science and technology in innovative ways for national progress and equitable development.
- To establish an innovation culture among the science and engineering students and faculty of the Ateneo.
- To interface with students of other majors who are interested in innovation in science and engineering.
- To be the portal of the Ateneo to the global technology and engineering innovation community.
